To clean your cookware, follow these easy steps:

Image without a name
#1. Allow the pan to cool for a few minutes before cleaning.
#2. Only recommended non-stick cleaning pads should be used on the non-stick surfaces. Avoid any metal, harsh abrasive or stiff pads/washing-up brushes, or abrasive cleaning agents as these may cause damage.
#3. If cleaning in the dishwasher, use a domestic strength dishwashing detergent (we recommend non-lemon varieties).
#4. After cleaning in the dishwasher, re-condition the cooking surface with vegetable or corn oil before each subsequent use. To do this, rub a film of oil over the entire interior cooking surface using a kitchen paper towel. Rinse the pan with hot water and dry thoroughly.
#5. Occasional re-conditioning will help protect the surface and promote longer life.
#6. The black exterior sidewall should not be conditioned.
#7. Prolonged, regular dishwashing may eventually mark or discolour any cookware item and affect the release properties of non-stick surfaces. This is regarded as normal wear and tear and is not covered by the Lifetime Guarantee.
