Ingredients
- 160g wholegrain steel-cut or rolled oats
- 500 – 750ml water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250ml oat or almond milk
- Honey, to taste
- 2 nectarines or seasonal stone fruit
- 50g pistachios
- Toasted coconut shavings, to serve

Method

1Place the oats in a Le Creuset Toughened Non-Stick 16cm Saucepan. Add the water and salt and place over medium heat, stirring every few minutes.

2The oats will take 20 minutes to cook. Once cooked, add the oat/almond milk and honey to taste. Remove from the heat.

3Serve in Le Creuset Cereal Bowls topped with sliced nectarines, toasted coconut flakes, chopped pistachios, and extra honey if desired.
