- 3 eggs
- 50g granulated sugar
- 60g milk
- 100g pancake mix
- vegetable oil
- 200ml fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- various fruits (pineapple, orange, kiwi)
- mint leaves to garnish
- whipped cream

Method

1Sift the pancake mix through a colander. Grease the Le Creuset 18cm Mickey Mouse Marmite with oil and line with baking paper.

2Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a whisk until foamy. Warm the bowl in hot water, and add the granulated sugar in three additions, beating until stiff peaks form.

3Add the milk in 3 parts and mix quickly.

4Pour the batter into the Marmite casserole, cover and bake on a low heat for 15 minutes. Then, turn off the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

5Add the 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar to the cream and stir to make whipped cream.

6To finish, add the fruit, whipped and garnish with mint leaves.
