Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 small cloves garlic, diced
- 5 dried ancho chilies, rehydrated and roughly chopped
- 2 corn tortillas, fried and broken into chips
- 4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 1/2 ounces Mexican chocolate

Method

1Blend all ingredients except chocolate in a blender until smooth.

2Pour mixture into saucier and place over medium-low heat. Add the chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
