Ingredients
- ¼ cup gin
- ¼ cup juiced greens
- A squeeze of fresh lemon
- ½cup tonic
- Herbed ice cubes
- Pea shoots or celery curls for garnish

Method

1To make the herbed ice cubes, freeze wilted herbs in an icetray with water. Prepare this in advance to allow for freezingtime.

2Add the gin, juiced greens and a squeeze of lemon into a LeCreuset Burgundy Wine Glass. Add the herbed ice cubesand top up with tonic water. Garnish with pea shoots orcelery curls.
