Stock availability. Stock availability will be shown on the Website, and whilst while we endeavour to ensure products are always available, there may be times when products will be temporarily out of stock. In these instances, there is an option that can be selected to be included on a waiting list and you will be emailed when the product is back in stock.

Prices include GST but not delivery costs. All prices as displayed on our Website, except in the case of error, will be in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST at the prevailing rate, but excludes delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

What happens if we get the price wrong. Despite our best efforts, it is always possible that a pricing error on our Website may occur. If the product you ordered was incorrectly priced, we will normally, at our discretion, either (i) contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or (ii) cancel the order, or (iii) reject your order and notify you of the rejection. Orders will not be accepted if there is a pricing error.

When you must pay and how you must pay. We will not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order. We accept payment with the following credit or debit cards: Visa and MasterCard. Non-New Zealand credit card providers and banks will determine the exchange rates to be applied and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payments which non-New Zealand card holders will be liable to pay. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in New Zealand dollars.
We also accept payment via PayPal, but please note that if you wish to pay for your products using PayPal, and you do not already have an existing PayPal account, you will be required to set up a new account with PayPal directly. Any order placed using PayPal will be charged at the time your order is submitted. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, this charge will be credited back to your PayPal account. We may also accept payment with Afterpay. This option, if offered, is offered by Afterpay with which you will directly agree the terms of the payment. You’ll be redirected to Afterpay to complete your order. Afterpay will process your personal data according to Afterpay privacy policy.
We do not accept cash, cheques, gift cards or vouchers as payment for purchase online.
5.1
Delivery information and costs. Orders from the New Zealand website can only be delivered to postal addresses in New Zealand (residential addresses and business addresses). Delivery is FREE for all orders over $100.00, otherwise a flat rate of $10.00 applies to all orders within New Zealand. Delivery will be made by our nominated delivery agent, New Zealand Post, to the delivery address within New Zealand that you nominate during the checkout process. Most orders are processed and dispatched to our delivery agent within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.

All deliveries must be accepted in person and signed for. If you are not personally available to accept delivery from our delivery agent, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place. The representative must be over 16 years of age and capable of receiving delivery on your behalf, and you agree that we will be entitled to rely on the representative's instructions as if they were your own.
On delivery, the delivery agent may require you or your nominated representative to provide them with proof of identity, such as photo identification or proof of age. We may not make delivery of the products if the person receiving the products is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory evidence of proof of identity or age. Where delivery cannot take place due to insufficient identification, a calling card will be left for you to collect the products from a local New Zealand Post office. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions stated on the calling card.
You or your nominated representative may be requested by the delivery agent to sign a delivery manifest to confirm that the delivery has taken place. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery. Where re-delivery is required because of refusal to accept delivery, you may be required to pay any associated fees for re-delivery.
If there is no-one available at the delivery address to accept delivery, or there is limited access to the delivery address or it is unsafe or impractical to make delivery, a calling card will be left for you to collect the products from a local New Zealand Post office. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions stated on the calling card.
5.2
In any case, you must notify the carrier and Le Creuset within 2 business days of delivery of the reservations. If you do not notify us of any damage to goods within this time frame or are unable to provide us with photographic evidence to support your claim, the products will be deemed to have been delivered to you intact and without transit damage, subject always to any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer laws . Risk and title in the goods passes to you on the date and time of delivery of the product.
6.1 Right of withdrawal. We want to guarantee the total satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with the item ordered, you have the right to cancel any order you have placed as set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy on our website here (except for any products made to your specification or personalised)

Exclusions from change of mind policy. The following is excluded from the change of mind policy:
Clearance and outlet products cannot be returned for change of mind.
Products purchased during a gift-with-purchase promotion must be returned with those additional items. If the items are not returned, the value of the items will be deducted from the credit.
Shipping charges to return the product back to us are non-refundable with the exception of damaged products or, as indicated below, for the defective products.
What happens if you receive the wrong order or the product is damaged on receipt of delivery. We will then establish the reason for the return and send you an email including your related case number and if appropriate the return procedure and address information.

How do I return the product. If we have requested the product to be returned, you must return the entire product - undamaged in the event you received the wrong order - in the original product packaging including accessories, the care and use booklet and all labels and also the original dispatch note.
8.2
We also cannot be held responsible for packages that are not returned to us, so we recommend that you use a traceable and insured service to return products to us.
8.3
Will I receive a refund. If we find that the product is not as ordered or is damaged, we will refund the price paid for your product to the method of payment you used . If the reason for the return is not due to a product which is not as ordered or which is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the returned product or to refund the purchase price paid.
Most Le Creuset products come with a guarantee which is in addition to your legal rights. Le Creuset acknowledges that its exchange and return policies do not in any way override Le Creuset’s obligations in relation to any statutory warranties and conditions which are implied into the supply of any Le Creuset product, and consumers guarantees under New Zealand consumer laws are not affected. In summary, the guarantee covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided.
