Ingredients
- 6 ice cubes
- 50ml Peach Schnapps
- 400ml Peach Iced Tea
- 1 lemon
- Mint sprig
- 200ml Prosecco
- Fresh raspberries & peach slices, to serve

Method

1Place the ice cubes in the chilled teapot before pouring in the peach Schnapps.

2Add the iced tea and a couple of lemon slices and mint sprig before stirring all the ingredients together.

3Add 100ml Prosecco to each glass before topping up with the iced tea mix. Finish with a slice of peach and a couple of fresh raspberries.

5To keep your cocktails extra cool in the summer, place your teapot in the freezer for an hour before using.
