- 150g buffalo mozzarella, in small slices
- Optional black olives
- Some freshly chopped basil leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 8 anchovy fillets or alternatively 1 tin of sardines in olive oil (approx. 85 g drained weight)
- Some caper apples
- Quantities according to taste, but at least 50 g of each type of cheese for 3-4 pizzas
- Parmesan
- Mozzarella
- Provolone
- Mild gorgonzola
- Freshly ground black pepper

Method

1Pizza Sardenaira

2Turn the pizza dough in the pan and spread the tomato sauce on the dough. Add the capers and spread the anchovies on top.

3Finally, sprinkle with a little olive oil and bake covered. continue to cook for further 5-7 minutes in the pan before serving.

4Pizza Quattro Formaggi

5Grate the parmesan and cut the other cheeses into small cubes.

6Turn the pizza in the frying pan and spread cheese over the pizza dough. Season with freshly ground pepper.

7Pour a little olive oil over the pizza so that it does not dry out and cover. continue to cook for further 5-7 minutes in the pan before serving.
